We seek a Part-Time Office Assistant for a small business commercial lending department in Fort Myers. The ideal candidate will have worked in real estate title, banking, or the insurance industry and know various insurance policies. This position is for a small boutique service with 25-30 or 3 days a week.  This is an excellent and flexible work schedule. The starting pay is based on experience and qualifications.

Requirements:

  • Prior work experience in real estate title, banking, or the insurance industry
  • Document review for loan approval
  • Clerical office skills
  • Experience with Small Business Administration loans
  • Attention to detail
