The perfect candidate will bring five years of construction office experience, with a construction office background.
This casual work environment requires construction office administrative experience -Microsoft Proficient, Excel, and Word. Answer phones knowledgeably and professionally. Respond to emails, data entry, filing, and generating work orders for technicians through QuickBooks, Customer service skills are needed to schedule technician appointments with the customers.
Experience in a construction environment is a bonus. We value organizational skills, our team members’ ability to multitask, and punctuality. As a Construction Administrative Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in our company’s success, performing clerical and administrative functions.
Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondences and work orders
- QuickBooks entry
- Plan and schedule appointments for technicians.
- Greet and assist onsite guests.
- Answer inbound telephone calls.
- Data entry, scan, file, and other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
