Immediate Hire for a Legal Secretary/Assistant with a minimum of 3 years experience in Guardianship and Probate. This legal firm is located in beautiful Punta Gorda. This position is a long term temporary position.

• Experience in Guardianship and Probate minimum of 3 years with Florida law
• Proficient in the basic office operations such as but not limited to: phones fax print scan email
• Well versed and adept in all Microsoft Office Excel Word Outlook PowerPoint Adobe Acrobat
• Professional Phone Etiquette
• Type 60 wpm
• Very Detail Oriented
• Time Management
• Ability to Multitask
