We are seeking a Housekeeper/Janitor/Maintenance personnel at this North Fort Myers location.

Responsibilities:

• Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition.
• Perform cleaning duties such as cleaning floors and shampooing rugs.
• Power washing experience needed.
• Keep clubhouse and pool restrooms clean and tidy.
• Organize custodial closets and spaces.
• Maintain working conditions of cleaning equipment.
