This is a terrific opportunity to work with a local, well-established Fort Myers general contractor. We are hiring for an experienced Construction Office Assistant.

This casual work environment requires construction office administrative experience -Microsoft Proficient, Excel, and Word. Answer phones knowledgeably and professionally. Respond to emails, data entry, filing, and generating work orders for technicians.

Experience working in a construction environment is a plus. Organizational skills -Ability to multitask -Work in a fast-paced environment -Punctuality is a must. You will perform clerical and administrative functions to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondences and work orders
  • Plan and schedule appointments for technicians
  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Data entry, scan, file, and other office tasks

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
