We are seeking a QUALIFIED Administrative Assistant for a Banking Commercial Lending Department in Fort Myers. The ideal candidate will have worked in the insurance industry and has knowledge of various types of insurance policies. This position is for a small boutique lender contractor for SBA. This position handles insurance policy review, and requires prior experience working in the insurance or banking industries.. A terrific and flexible work schedule. The starting pay is based upon experience and qualifications.

Requirements:

  • Insurance industry general liability, workers compensation
  • Prior work experience in scanning, records management, insurance policy review.
  • Clerical office skills, scan, email, copy, file conversion
  • Detail oriented and multi-tasking with ease.

Qualifications:

  • Multi task
  • Good time management
  • Knowledge of general liability, workers compensation, insurance policies
  • Knowledge of S Corporations and LLC
  • Strong clerical skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
