Maintenance Department Labor:

We are hiring a Maintenance Assistant to join our team. This position is in the North Fort Myers area! A full-time job at $15.00 per hour with weekly pay. This position requires a valid driver’s license. You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks promptly. Monday-Friday 7:00-3:30.

Responsibilities:

• Complete work and repair orders promptly
• Janitorial duties
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Light plumbing and light maintenance repairs

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Detail-oriented
• Must be able to lift to 50 lbs.
• Must have a valid driver’s license to apply
